I am currently a Counselling Student at the Orca Institute, offering therapeutic counselling and financial therapy on a limited basis as I complete my supervised practicum. Every client I work with receives my full attention, genuine care, and the benefit of current, supervised clinical training.

To make sure you get exactly the level of support you need, I want to be transparent about my current scope of practice. At this stage of my training, I am not able to work with clients who are:

  • Under the age of 19
  • Seeking couples or family counselling
  • Currently experiencing suicidal ideation (including thoughts or images)
  • Experiencing flashbacks, panic attacks, or PTSD related to trauma
  • Actively navigating alcoholism
  • Seeking treatment for a medically diagnosed mental illness

If any of these apply to you, please know your healing matters deeply — and I encourage you to reach out to a fully registered clinical counsellor who has the specialized training to support you well. 

 

Telehealth availability across Canada

 

I offer telehealth counselling and financial therapy to clients located anywhere in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut.

Due to provincial regulatory requirements, I am currently unable to see clients located in Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick.

For international clients — I understand the desire to work together, and I'm genuinely touched when people seek me out from beyond Canada's borders. However, most international jurisdictions, including the United States, have licensing requirements that prevent me from providing counselling services there at this time.

I am grateful to live and do this work here, and I hold deep respect for the communities, histories, and healing traditions of these lands — past, present, and future.
